All food and beverage orders are prepared fresh and cannot be returned once dispatched. In the event of an incorrect or missing item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp on +94 76 668 4731 and we will arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.
If a delivery order cannot be completed due to an error on our part, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations must be made within 10 minutes of placing an order. After preparation has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Table reservations may be cancelled or amended at any time prior to the reservation date. No deposits are taken for reservations.
Ling (operated by The Canton Affair Ventures (Pvt) Ltd) collects the following personal information when you make a reservation or place a delivery order: name, phone number, email address, and delivery location.
This information is used solely to process your order or reservation and to contact you regarding it. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties except where required to fulfil your order (e.g. your delivery address is shared with the assigned delivery driver).
Payment information is processed securely by PayHere and is not stored on our systems.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at lingsrilanka.co@gmail.com.
By placing an order or making a reservation through this website, you agree to the following terms:
Orders: All orders are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include a 10% service charge. Ling reserves the right to substitute items of equivalent or greater value if an item becomes unavailable.
Delivery: Delivery is available within 15km of Ling, Ahangama. A minimum food order of 3,000 LKR applies, excluding the delivery fee. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance at 300 LKR per km with a minimum fee of 500 LKR. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary based on demand and traffic conditions.
Payment: Online payments are processed securely via PayHere. By completing a payment you authorise the charge to your selected payment method. Ling does not store card details.
Reservations: Reservations are subject to availability. Ling is an 18-seat restaurant. We operate dinner service and are closed on Mondays. We reserve the right to release a reservation if the party has not arrived within 15 minutes of the booked time without prior notice.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
